KOTA KINABALU: The wife of freed Internal Security Act detainee Mohd Nazri Dollah hopes that the government will reinstate her husband in the teaching profession.
Normahan Komlan, 26, of Tawau described Nazri as a committed teacher."My husband is a caring man and he has always been committed to the job. We are hoping he will be able to once again serve as a teacher."We have three children, aged between 4 and 4, and our family wants to start a new life as we have been apart for three years," Normahan said yesterday. Nazri, 32, who is from Pendang, Kedah, was a teacher at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Kinabutan in Tawau.
He was one of seven Darul Islamiah members freed by the government last Friday, after Datuk Seri Najib Razak took over as prime minister.
